Extremely intimidating, and I never fully understood what my role, goals, and standards were. They kept it open-ended so they could always add something else to the always overflowing plate of things to do.

The interview process was very pleasant due to my interviewers outgoing, and friendly personality. The process was very personal, and very unique, creating an atmosphere that felt very personalized. He asked me several questions regarding my plans for the future, school life, family life, etc.

They email to meet then one interview generally and they let you know after that. The interview is not to long one or two hard questions and the rest is asking about yourself like hobbies.
