Not sure they knew what they wanted in a candidate, one wanted more of a marketer and another wanted more of a medical person and neither seemed happy with a hybrid. Leadership is a big deal and they take their time vetting candidates to ensure a corporate "fit". Great office location right by a Hilton and easy access from roads.
