The initial interview was a short phone interview with a hiring recruiter. The second interview was on site. Questions were asked by a team of three DaVita facility members. Questions were similar to the "What would you do if..."; however, the questions were based on previous behaviors and actions with the questions being "Describe a time in which you ____ and how did you handle it. Please describe the details/step-by-step actions. What would you have done different. The questions were based on time management, delegation, prioritization, etc. Very comfortable setting (well, as comfortable as a three team member interview can be!!)
