J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez DZAP Group
Entretien
This was a fairly straightforward process. I went through a recruiter, took a code test, spoke to the head of project management about an interview and came in. It was sort of a round table interview with the CEO and heads of different departments.
It really is about your skill as well as your personality because once you're here, you realize how well everyone works together and gets along in the dev department, unlike some places I've been in the past.
I answered to the best of my ability and it felt like a really organic conversation came out of a lot of the questions. Everyone was very nice and they do throw in some challenging questions, but answering honestly instead of embellishing is really the key.
Completed a test project, and then spoke with the hiring manager. Everything was very orderly. The job, as it was laid out, was basically this: you do your assigned job - front-end coding for bland designs. If you design, forget doing both. Also, after the interview, it was clear there was no chance to move up from this position.
