Interviewers aren't exactly the most professional; with a three-woman hiring team, you'd think you are interviewing for a higher-level role. One of them is clearly not present and was eating. HR doesn't seem to be able to accept my answer as it is, and when asked for my expected salary range, HR asked, "How do I justify the $200 pay gap?" Every question in the interview is very hypothetical-based. With the wide job scope, there was very limited discussion around how the company supports or develops its people. HR also doesn't seem to be a good listener. Company seems to lowball their CAs with a $2300-2500, while having to cover several clinics? Maybe try harder to sell your role to the interviewee too?
