Recruiter screening round , HR round are conducted but those are mostly for formality. Main interview round happens with CMO. It is a very lean set up with all marketing staff reporting into CMO and therefore you will not have multiple marketing interviews. Questions are based more on your background and understanding of the work. Relatively easy and doesn't require preparation.
