It wasn't really an interview to be honest. They had emailed me asking if I was certified and over 18, then asked for a phone interview which never happened, and then asked me to come in for the in person interview. They had me fill out all of the usual hiring forms and once my background check was complete, they sent me my offer letter and a few online training links.
