I first had a 10 minute telephone interview with the hiring manager. It was a brief discussion on my cv, why I chose law and what skills I have. Two days after the telephone interview, I was invited for an interview in-office. The in-office interview was very easy going. The hiring manager was open, transparent and friendly. It was more of a conversation about my cv, skills, the role, and mine and the team's expectancies to see whether we’re a good fit for each-other. After the interview, there was a 30 minute spelling and grammar test, which consisted of spotting any mistakes in a fake employment contract. Unfortunately, I didn't get the role but I had such a lovely experience.
