There was no formal interview. They just asked me basic information and required me to submit a profile picture before I came to training. They also asked for my availability.

Filled out an application online and they reached out to me asking to meet in person for an interview. They asked a few questions getting to know me like hobbies and interests, and then asked me to be specific about my availability and how many shifts per week I wanted to work. They also described the training process and let me know that there was a lot of memorization we have to learn quickly.
