I had 2 rounds.First call was with the HR.Its easy and covered the basic microbiology questions.The second round is with the micro team lead and the senior team members.The interview was more like a kids interview.They asked me about the USP chapters and contents .Seriously? How would you expect someone to byheart everything? The question was can you tell me what are the contents in USP chapter 61 .and the next question was growth promotion test belongs to which chapter of USP.They dont test your skills they just test your bookish knowledge.I am happy that i didnt get a chance to work with them.
