At our department, the interview process has at least 2 rounds. First, the interview with your potential manager and HR manager. You are talking about your previous experience and probably you will be asked a few questions regarding the agenda of the selected department (what activities they do, what are the responsibilities etc.). Further, you may ask your questions. The second round is usually homework. You may be asked to write an essay or prepare an analysis for a selected topic.
