Hiring manager is unprofessional. Changed our interview time/location an hour before the interview, only for her to be 30 minutes late showing up on Zoom. Once she showed up, she maybe talked to me for less than 5 minutes because she "didn't want to waste any more of my time". I sent a follow-up email thanking her for her time and she ghosted me.
