Applied through Indeed and was offered an in-person interview. They were very interested but I could tell they didn't like all my piercings and tattoos even though i was willing to wear retainers. They said they didn't want anyone to feel like they had to wear a mask but that's what having any job entails. But they said they would give me a call either way. Did not receive a call even after i followed up with a call of my own.

Managers almost never want to be the one to do interviews, so it might feel like you're being pawned off onto someone. The questions are simple, but certain managers are more uppity and rude than others, who can be friendly and casual. They'll ask what you know about the company, past work experience, your hobbies, why you want to work for Culver's, the most complex being what makes Culver's stand out against its competitors, etc. It's very straightforward and quick.
