The interviews were fine, but it’s how long the process takes. I had eight interviews over the course of eight weeks, and was sent an auto rejection email at the end of it. I don’t mind getting rejected, it’s part of the process. But spending two months to do eight interviews, for a job that’s not even a manager position… it felt like too much.

I applied to the job online and then received an email from the recruiter. We set up a time to do a phone interview. The recruiter was friendly. Questions were pretty similar to most initial short interviews.
