Fairly straightforward, talk to the boss and get the company overview, pay opportunities, how you could move up in the company and much more. I Think it was a very easy interview compared to other jobs I have interviewed for, nothing to be nervous about.

About 1 hour and 30 min in-person interview, but I was only asked about 2 questions about myself, the rest of the "interview" was the job being explained to me in depth. It felt like a first day on the job. Strange to me.

Interview process was mostly smooth, it seemed like the manager forgot about the interview because he was nowhere to be found when I got there. The job was falsely advertised. I applied for an analyst job and wasn't informed until the interview that it would actually be a sales job.
