Turned up to the interview where i was shown around the factory including all duties i would be performing. Made to sound very promising. Job was advertised well and the interview itself was good. Only quarrel with any of it is that there was not enough information about how the company is run and what is really required of you. Made to sound like there was prospects to increase pay as your skills and knowledge increase but this was not the case after many years of service. and it seemed that this was not only localised within the machine shop but throughout the company.
