An initial pair programm coding review was followed up by multiple discussions with members of various teams - project, engineering, and design . The discussions were a combination of a review of my previous experience and culture fit questions. I was able to ask many questions of the interviewers back. The process was fully remote and very smooth. The company clearly had thought about how to change their interview process for COVID. Communication was clear clear entire time.
