I connected with Crestron through a university career fair and was offered an interview over Microsoft Teams. The interview was very generic, and I felt like the interviewers were just regurgitating a laundry list of questions, rather than getting to know me as a candidate. In addition, what left a particularly bad taste in my mouth is that neither interviewer turned their camera on for the call, even though mine was on, which made the conversation awkward and disconnected.
