I had a very good interview process. I went through two phone interviews and was offered a third final interview. Both were very conversational and I truly felt like they wanted to get to know me better and talk in-depth about the role. Unfortunately, when I tried to schedule a time for the third interview, I was met with radio silence from both interviewers. My second interview was at the end of April, and my third interview was supposed to be three weeks later. I have still not heard a peep (now July).
