I showed up to my scheduled interview and management (including my scheduled interviewer) we're leaving to go watch a rugby match. So a jr manager showed me around and asked me a few questions instead. I had to then schedule a 2nd interview. On the plus side, because he felt a little guilty about skipping out on me, the 2nd interview was basically a formality.
