I had a first round interview with a lead recruiter who was in another state. She was very easy going and great to talk to, I could tell she was vey passionate about this role and it's importance to the team. I was then brought onsite to meet with 2 team members - a lead recruiter and someone who would have been the direct report who unfortunately had to cancel last minute. I received fast feedback from the initial hiring manager and speedy emails when trying to schedule the onsite meeting.
