Phone call with hiring manager followed by an on-site interview with a few managers. After the interview there was a call with VP of quality. This was a very easy process.

Made it through 3 phone interviews, two personality assessments, and a 2 hour in-person interview before getting rejected via an automatically generated WorkDay email . Lengthy interview process, but overall a good experience with everyone I interacted with. None of the 4 interviews were technical, just asking about previous experience and different scenarios.
