I applied online and received an email from a recruiter about a few days later to set up a phone interview with the recruiter. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes and gave me a good idea of what the job entailed and the organization overall. I went in for an in-person interview the following week. During this time, I met with three people. They each asked situational questions and questions based on my skills. The following day, I was asked to come in to meet with the team leader and answer a few more questions for the hiring manager. I was extended an offer the following week. The whole process went very smoothly and I feel like the team was very transparent with me.
