4 rounds if you count the take home task. I’m not sure they’re actually hiring because a rejection after the last round with the conclusion of ‘lacking structured communication skills’ for a position you don’t even need to have soft skills, sounds like an excuse. I will never get why these places have open roles if they don’t mean to find people and waste the time and energy of people who are actually looking for a place to work.

I asked them what kind of person they’re looking for and even answered with ‘the way you described yourself is what we’re looking for’. Why having this answer? You can probably understand that this gives a message that it went well.
