had an initial screening with hiring manager then moved to technical screen without any coderpad. The girl who interviewed had just theoretical knowledge and never went deep into technical aspect. Neither I was impressed with kinda people work there. Received reject afterwards saying they need more senior people. Wonder if they know what they really want.
