There's a two part interview and short q and a to see if your a good fit for Country Meadows. It was very laid back and everyone i meant was super nice and helpful. They needed on ASAP, i got hired on the spot and did my shadowing that same night. The following weekend i did the 3 day training with 4 other people. Which we are still friends today.
