the interview was very minimal, it was mostly just meeting up in person to talk about their openings. I applied online through Indeed but had to fill out a bunch of paper application sheets. After filling those out I met with the director and asked a few questions, like if I have experience working with kids and my favorite part of working with them, then she told me about the class she thought she'd put me in and that was about it. At the time she said they actually had no openings but to call in a few weeks because they may have one. The next day she called me about an opening and I started training the next week.
