Two interview phases with two interviewers each time. They like to hear about situations and how it was handled. Both interview managers will ask questions from a piece of paper and take notes while you're responding to the questions.

Really casual. 2 managers interviewed me but only one really asked questions about my resume and Costco. They then take you to a warehouse manager who asks you additional questions and gives you information about your job and salary. He/she has the final say in whether you're hired.
