They have 2 or 3 Supervisors in a small room. They ask you some questions about any prior work experience or school. Nothing too hard. Took about 2 weeks overall to get hired on after drug testing. A good family friend of mine had put in a good word for me to one of the managers, so that helped me out a bit. Just be confident and smile a lot during your interview.

Three rounds of interviews. If you're lucky, you'll do two rounds because two managers in the room are two interviews. Then the final interview is with the warehouse manager. Be on time; I cannot stress that enough, as Costco is a very time-sensitive type of position. You only have a three-minute grace period to clock in at your normal hours. Emphasize that you are very prompt and are ready to work through the probation period.
