J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Correlation One (Chicago, IL) en févr. 2022
Entretien
Submitted resume, then did an assessment followed by an "interview" where they asked no questions and yet didn't get the position. Am unclear why as to make it to that level to be asked nothing and only discuss logistics if hired for contract role is strange. Also, the pay was far lower than they advertised. They advertised $85/hour but the contract gig equaled out to ab out $20/hour so I wouldn't have taken if extended an offer anyhow. It seems like they are another big hedge fund backed place making money off of paying below market value to contractors with a very inauthentic process.

Question 1
Beyond an assessment, they didn't ask anything, they wasted 30 minutes of time discussing logistics and then didn't extend an offer. I would not have applied if I had known the pay rate - they marketed it as $85/hour but it was actually $9900 for 6 months of work at 15-20/hours per week with other housekeeping involved beyond billable client hours.
It was a prerecorded, case-based interview, relatively easy and pleasant to go through. I believe I had 2-3 stages of prerecorded interviews before a 1-2-1 meeting with the C1 representative, the project manager.
