Although applied for a different job originally, was given the "opportunity" to interview for a project manager position. The issue came in when I mentioned to the recruiter that the pdf file given is not fillable, and I had no programs to fill it and download it. Weirdly though, they were pressuring me into taking action quickly, even though I stated to them I already had a a current employer and was not in a rush to switch careers. However, they were not able to accommodate for the correct interview times and assumed that telling me I have a week to go through the hiring process that I would have to reschedule because they can not "continue" without the pdf application filled in. Which is ridiculous as they already had all my information including the resume in FILE in their database and yet they can not proceed? Doesn't make any sense.
