Step 1 - assessment, with a provided range of 4 hours. It is so beyond arrogant, clueless, and exploitive to ask for this much of somebody's time for free. Absolute incompetence. Any dignified employer can assess compatibility with 30 minutes or less of content. It's even more offensive that you would ask without screening and behavioral interviews first. Especially when you intend only to pay $38k. Shame on you people.
