Chatted with business development director via LinkedIn, phone interviewed with the recruiter, she loved me, then passed me back to the BD director to do a video interview, very bro-y man that was asking about sports during our interview, seemed very disinterested in me now after reaching out to me. I'm assuming since they won't give me any explanation and based off other reviews here, that during the time between the interviews, the went through my socials and realized I'm not a straight man. Since they are a "Christian" company and based in Texas they probably get away with this a lot.
