Two business days after submitting my resume, I received a phone invitation for an online interview with several people from the Analytical team. The interview was scheduled for two weeks later, for approximately 1 hour. During the interview, they let me know that they would begin narrowing the field within the next couple of weeks. 5 business days later, I received a phone call from an HR representative, telling me they had an offer for me that was $20,000 dollars below the base amount I could accept and did not include a relocation allowance. The written offer was emailed the next day. It was very brief on what the company would offer me, and very heavy on what they would require before my first day. I declined the offer.
