Phone screen. Came in for 3 hours in person interview and testing. The next day they ask me to do two more sets of tests. I be asking about the salary range before completing them. They say they'll get back with me shortly. I complete the tests as a courtesy. A week later they get in touch to let me know that the range I told them I was looking for is above what they want to pay. Extremely disrespectful with applicants time.
