1st screening call by internal recruiter which was good, 2nd round with CS team lead and head of ops was a bit unprofessional. They asked questions from a screen and didn’t really care about your answers

Entretien
The process includes one phone interview with HR, then three interviews with staff from your prospective team including a supervisor. The interviews themselves were very laid back and the interviewers were super friendly.

Entretien
The interview was conducted in 3 stages:
First phone call with HR
Video interviews with the Operations Manager
Video interview with our Head of UK
I found the process relatively straightforward however some of the questions do throw you off as they’re not the usual interview questions. They are growing quite fast as a startup so do not offer much salary.
