There was a phone interview followed up with an interview at their office which is followed by an interview by the director of the company. The questions asked in all the interviews were very similar and were mainly based off the information on my CV.

Applied through a recruitment agency, invited to telephone interview after CV screening. Initial face-to-face interview was the next step. The interview involved 2 conversations with both a supervisor and a more senior manager. No technical questions were asked, it felt like personality and cultural fit were being assessed.
No feedback or indication of outcome was provided, despite being followed up upon. I'd argue that such treatment of prospective candidates is a warning sign as to how the company is likely to behave towards future employees.

I got the interview through a recruiter. It only lasted 10 minuets after they had to rearrange due to them basically forgetting about the original one. The questions were very generic.

I found the role opening and sent my cv to the company via a recruiter. A phone interview was then arranged. They did not call, and had seemingly forgotten all about it. I emailed my recruiter after a 20 minute wait, then had to call the company myself after a further 10 minutes. The interview was rescheduled to an hour after the original time. I was incredibly unimpressed and annoyed enough that this carried through to the call with short unenthusiastic answers, and so I did not pass the interview stage due to "poor communication skills".
