The first time I applied I walked straight into the Hilliard location signed in and filled out paperwork and took a typing test. I was called back by a pretty bored girl had a stale interview and was never called back after my felony came back. The second time during peak season I was interviewed a year later by Josh who was super bright, funny and professional. I am a felon and disclosed that. I was asked to fill out basically a report that would be reviewed. He was very open minded and approached the conversation gently and with consideration. I waited for Josh to return and tell me I was hired. I filled out more paperwork and was given a orientation date.
