I had a great interview experience with CED although I wasn’t offered the job. I found out about the company through a recruiter who was amazing and walked me through the entire process. The team that I interviewed with at CED was nice, professional and never made me feel like I wasn’t worth speaking to. The only thing that I would change is for them to do the assessment at the beginning of the interview process because I got through every round and was not offered a position because of the assessment. The assessment is long and draining so that would be the only downside. Other than that, I appreciate the experience of talking to the team. They explained the job duties in detail, what would be expected of me, etc. I would definitely recommend someone to interview with them, just be prepared for the assessment that is the final step.
