A very pathetic experience received so far in any interview process. The interview was more like a consulting or knowledge gain. The interviewer was kept asking consistently to take names from my previous organisation if there were any escalation and who was the responsible person they don't know how to convey a message without taking any names. I could imagine the environment of the company.
