Was contacted by recruiter who spoke multiple times. First round was aptitude followed by a long gap. Then a telephonic with a director. A written test followed by a technical Skype round. Whole process took more than a month. Rejection email was sent immediately after Skype round where the interviewer sounded positive

This was one of the most unprofessional interview experiences I’ve had. I went through 3 interview rounds among which the first round taken by the Senior Manager and Other two by the Technical Architects was given positive indications, only for the offer letter to never be released. HR came back with a completely vague and lame excuse i.e. the whole company hiring process has been stopped, which clearly showed they were never serious about closing the role. It felt like a complete waste of time and disrespect for the effort candidates put into the process. Such behaviour reflects a lack of integrity and accountability in the organisation’s recruitment practices. I would strongly advise others to think twice before investing their time here.
