Interview process was as follow 1 - HR Session 2- Tech Round 1 3- Tech Round 2 4- Final Session with General Manager I cleared all the tech rounds which was originally scheduled of 45 minutes duration but they actually took around 90 minutes each. What I am told that my final session with GM didn't go well. I am curious to know if it is the interview or something else(salary expectations). They didn't even tell me the actual feedback which is normal habit of every Pakistan's company not to share the candidate feedback honestly. If a candidate has qualified tech rounds and HR sessions what else do you need in someone. If you think, tech rounds and other session have less weight-age then why don't you reverse process to save time and expectations of the candidates.
