Don't know if its worth it, it seems legit thou but pay sounds too awful, like $550k a year for an EIT? come on man! U can do much better than that, and I was told no OT pay? That's gotten be a joke eh!

Informal interview process. More of an ongoing conversation with management regarding ConeTec's business and the job itself. Lots of opportunities to ask questions and engage with the interviewers. Overall an easy interview processs.

I emailed in my resume and cover letter and received a response asking me to come in for an interview. It was less like an interview and more of an ongoing conversation about the company and what I was looking for. I was shown around the office and told a lot about the company.
