Over the phone with automated questions...It doesn't give you any time to reflect back and think of an answer before moving on to the next question. So now I have an incomplete interview which will look bad on my part. That is not fair. When you have an interview in person, the interviewer does not ask a question and then after 10 seconds move on to the next question if you're still thinking about the first question. Either give the option to pause after the question then un-pause and proceed OR let us know ahead of time what the questions will be so we can be prepared with an answer RIGHT AWAY. Now, I look like an idiot. BS
