I was referred by a current employee and asked to come in for an interview. It was formatted as four consecutive two on one interviews at their office. Each interview had a different focus of technical, personal or career driven questions. Mostly straightforward questions, was asked to use excel to perform a few basic functions. The people seemed very friendly.
