The first round of interview is with the HR and if selected will be followed by a one day training which will be evaluated. There will further training evaluation if required.
very formal questions, mainly standard to traditional interview questions about yourself and your personality, followed along with situation based questions. Held in a small office with just one interviewer. Very easy going and understanding of previous experience and outlook and goals that I would like to accomplish. I was given a time line and set of requirements on how to achieve them.
