Very unprofessional process - interview moved and then cut short as they were apparently busy. Recruiter seemed to know very little about how the role fitted into the overall organisation despite the job requiring work across a number of brands.

My resume was selected from an online submission. I was originally excited by the role description and salary range, but upon speaking to the talent recruiter she catfished me. She first asked me what my salary expectations were. My answer was within the range posted online. She then revealed that the maximum budget was 20k less than what the job posting said, therefore well below my expectation stated. I was a bit taken aback and needed to pause. I tried to find the silver lining by asking a few more questions about the role, but she was very short with me and told me that since I paused to think it seems like its not the right fit. It felt like she was very junior and lacked the awareness that sometimes people are willing to take a lesser paycheck if there are other kinds of opportunities with the role.
Its incredibly unethical to treat people like this with a manipulative interaction. Job seekers are working to find the right opportunity, the least we expect is a respectful process with employers.

Very unprofessional process. I had an intro call with them. The HR ghosted me for 2 months and then came back all of a sudden for further discussions. The process got over in 1.5-2 weeks. Ghosted again. If this is how they treat candidates, I am wondering how do they treat employees.
