La entrevista inicial fue bastante sencilla y muy cordial, creando un ambiente cómodo para hablar sobre mi perfil profesional. Durante la conversación, el equipo explicó de manera clara y detallada en qué consistía el puesto, cuáles serían las responsabilidades y expectativas, así como la dinámica de trabajo dentro de la empresa. Sin embargo, el enfoque principal de la entrevista no fue tanto el puesto en sí, sino conocer mi experiencia previa, mis conocimientos y habilidades, especialmente en entornos digitales y herramientas relacionadas. Me hicieron preguntas sobre proyectos anteriores, competencias técnicas y cómo aplico mis conocimientos en situaciones prácticas del día a día.

Initial contact was a cold phone call from HR. They set up 2 telephone interviews that were more like oral exams. However, being skilled in the field I was able to do well. When HR asked my salary requirements, I told them between 90 - 100K annually. After my face to face interview, HR called me 1 hour later advising me I had been selected. However, my salary requirement was out the window the offer was 77K, I countered with 85K. They countered with 77K. I have kids to educate and feed, etc. and at the time I had just completed a contract. Really had no choice, I had to accept

Round of three interviews with various team members, focusing predominantly on behavioral questions. Hardest part was finding a time that worked for everyone to schedule the interviews. HR came off disorganized and not very involved.
