Started with over the phone screening, then in office peer interview. Overall I felt it was a solid process. I met with peers and learned what the day to day role looked like, they were very open to discussion success stories and opportunities for improvement. I was able to meet with Senior team independent of the peer interview which gave everyone a platform to share.
