I used my personal credit card to front my expenses ($700+) for the interview (airfare, hotel, meals). The owners did not reimburse me for about 7 months, despite my repeated follow-up emails and calls. I am glad that I turned down the offer, as I have heard very negative personal experiences about the company.
I would avoid CHEORS.

Entretien
Telephonic interview followed by a written test and face to face interview with the current employees. If you pass these steps, there is an interview taken by the Director in which HR related questions are asked.
